Bentley Hotel – Hotel near airport in New York

The hotel had just okay rooms with small children being loud and obnoxious until late at night. Although we raised multiple complaints, not much changed. The service was friendly but had some oversight issues. The location was suitable for a visit to Memorial Sloane Kettering, but the value for the price was lacking. The dining experience left much to be desired. The facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.

The hotel has a fantastic view of the bridge and river from the rooms, although the layout may require a bit of a trek at night. The staff is friendly and helpful, but some issues with lying reported. The location is peaceful and clean, though upgrades may be needed. The dining options are good but may be considered expensive. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had incredible views of the city and river, with a wonderfully comfortable bed, but the blinds were not adjustable. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there was an issue with unapologetic staff regarding new policies. The location was perfect for me, offering easy access to various amenities and public transportation, even though it lacked nearby dining options. The dining experience was average, missing basic in-room coffee facilities. However, the hotel's facilities were decent, providing a satisfactory stay.

The hotel offers a good view of the city and is located right across from an apartment. Although no breakfast is served, the rooms are very clean. There was lots of construction and painting in the lobby area, and the room had 2 double beds with a large window, flat-screen TV, desk with a coffee maker and snacks, as well as a well-stocked fridge for a fee. The bathroom was rather tight with minimal amenities and low lighting. The room temperature was hard to regulate, and it was a bit shabby with carpets coming away from the floor, making it the noisiest room ever.

I stayed in a room with a queen-size bed and a bridge view. The room was great, but I hoped for more amenities like a kettle and coffee/tea. The front desk service was friendly but gave some misleading information. They did offer to hold my luggage on the day I checked out. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and bars. However, the parking garage being around the corner was a downside. The dining experience was not attended, and I couldn't comment on it. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay, though not perfect.
